The ULTRA�FORM Floor Mate Pad is a cost effective product for use with low beds. It provides a firm support surface to be placed beside the bed to create a safer environment for the at-risk resident. Standard features include:
- Available with and without NON-SKID panels on the bottom surface. The NON-SKID panels increase safety for the resident and staff.
- 2 velcro handles for anchoring to the bed
- Bi-fold design for easy storage
- Heavy duty vinyl covering
